Optional: Inventory
Upon request and at an additional charge we can arrange an inventory clerk to prepare an inventory and schedule of condition and we strongly recommend this for furnished and unfurnished properties as it can save costly litigation and disputes at the termination of the tenancy. Under the tenancy deposit scheme a landlord is unlikely to claim compensation for any loss or damage if there is no inventory.

Overseas Owners
The Inland Revenue has special rules regarding the collection of tax on rental income if you are a landlord who is resident overseas, or you subsequently move abroad. If you fall into this category it is your responsibility to obtain a Tax approval number form the Inland Revenue.
