Amid the developing Coronavirus situation, we are following the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and we are doing everything we can to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service, whilst keeping our tenants, landlords, contractors and staff healthy and safe.
All maintenance issues should continue to be reported to the office as normal and will be assessed in terms of level of urgency on a case by case basis. Priority will be given for cases of a real emergency such as a severe leak, no heating or hot water or broken windows or doors as a result of a break in. Unfortunately, it may take longer than usual for non-emergency issues to be dealt with.
