Halcyon is a company with over 30 years experience in property management. We are located in the centre of Hertfordshire and handle properties all across the county and its immediate neighbours, including North London.
In addition to our dedicated Residential Lettings department, we also manage larger premises, including listed buildings and blocks of flats, and we offer free Buy-to-Let advice.
Properties are visited regularly, with written reports supplied to Landlords, and all rent monies collected and maintenance expenditure are accounted for in monthly statements.
We encourage & support good maintenance of properties to ensure the investment in homes is protected, & that tenants have suitable accommodation that they will look after.
Halcyon regards house letting as a very important service in its own right. We give undivided attention to clients wishing to rent their properties for whatever reason, eg, if going abroad, or seeking an income from investment properties.
